Denver Detailers Service Agreement

By booking or using Denver Detailers services, you (“Client” or “You”) agree to the following terms and conditions, which constitute a legal agreement between you and Denver Detailers (“Contractor,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”).


Access to Water & Electricity

We require access to water and electricity for all of our car detailing services. If you do not have access to either water or electricity, please call us at 720-219-4811 so we can find a solution. Failure to provide access to water and electricity at the time of your appointment will result in an $80 cancellation fee.


Cancellation Policy

Denver Detailers reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments based on staffing, traffic, weather, or equipment issues. Gift certificate appointments follow the same cancellation policy.


Late Arrival

Denver Detailers reserves the right to arrive up to 120 minutes late. Sometimes job schedules are tight, and we may need to adjust your appointment. Traffic and other factors may also impact arrival times. We appreciate your patience.


Vehicle Access, Operation & Service Quality

By booking our services, you agree to provide Denver Detailers personnel with access and keys to your vehicle to perform detailing services. Denver Detailers aims for a high standard of service, including a clean, damage-free exterior and spotless interior. Any concerns must be communicated within 24 hours of service completion. Denver Detailers is not liable for concerns raised thereafter or if you do not participate in the final inspection.


Accidents, Pre-Existing Conditions & Limitation of Liability

Denver Detailers will document pre-existing damage but is not liable for pre-existing conditions. If damage occurs under our care, we will notify you. Denver Detailers provides no guarantees or warranties. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.


Fees, Service Terms & Payment

The fee for our services is the “Total Cost” quoted when you book online or in person. If the job exceeds the estimate by over 20%, additional fees will be confirmed with you. Payment is due upon completion via credit card, debit card, or cash. Late payments incur a 10% fee plus 0.5% daily interest until paid. You agree to pay Denver Detailers collection costs if applicable.


Access Requirements

You must provide access to water and electricity for mobile detailing services. Failure to do so results in a $150 cancellation fee.


Safety

You must disclose any harmful substances in the vehicle prior to detailing. You are responsible for any health or safety issues arising from your vehicle.


Feedback, Termination & Governing Law

We welcome your feedback at info@denverdetailers.org. By booking our services, you agree that Denver Detailers may use pictures of your vehicle for marketing purposes unless you object in writing. This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Colorado.


Mandatory Gratuity Fee

If the client does not show up for the final quality control check and inspection at the end of the job, a mandatory gratuity fee of 10% of the total service cost will be added to the invoice. This fee is non-negotiable if you are not able to review the vehicle with the technician at the end of the job.
