Terms of Sale
The Terms of Sale are part of Denver Detailers' Terms of Use and constitute additional terms by which all users or guests agree to abide when using our services. By booking online or via phone with Denver Detailers, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
Packages
Prices and service package contents are subject to change at Denver Detailers' discretion at any time. All such changes will be reflected on denverdetailers.org.
Payment Terms & Conditions
- Payments for services are collected upon completion of the requested service.
- Denver Detailers accepts cash, debit cards, and credit cards.
- For cancellation and subscription fees, payments are processed through Stripe.
- In the event of a declined card, Denver Detailers will request an alternative form of payment. If no resolution is made within 48 hours, a collections process will begin.
Booking Terms & Conditions
- Customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings, money, and other valuables from their vehicles before detailing services are performed. Denver Detailers is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property, including the vehicle or its contents, or the location where services are performed.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the vehicle is parked in a lawful and safe location for detailing. If there are concerns, they must be communicated to the detailing technician before the service begins.
- All vehicles are cleaned at the customer’s own risk and must be capable of withstanding normal cleaning processes. Any damage claims resulting from cleaning will be limited to the cost of the service provided.
- Denver Detailers reserves the right to reschedule or alter a booking due to staff availability, weather conditions, or equipment failure.
- For any additional work outside the original booking, an hourly rate of $50 (or a proportional rate) may apply.
- A minimum 20% surcharge will be added for jobs involving hazardous materials, such as urine, vomit, blood, or feces.
Late Cancellation & Rescheduling
You may reschedule or cancel an appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled date without penalty. Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a $40 fee to compensate our technicians.
Satisfaction Policy
If there is clear evidence that the service technician did not fulfill the package as ordered or performed unsatisfactory work, Denver Detailers will redo the affected portion of the service free of charge.
Claims must be filed within 24 hours of service completion by email at info@denverdetailers.org. Photos of the issue must be included with the claim.
Appointment Time
Due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances, our technician may arrive late. Please allow a 30-90 minute arrival window for all bookings. Denver Detailers will notify you in the event of any significant delays.
Coupons & Referral Policy
Denver Detailers may offer referral programs that allow customers to earn service credits by sharing a referral link. Please note:
- Referral credits and coupons cannot be combined.
- To qualify for credits, the referred customer must be new to Denver Detailers and must use the referral link to book services.
- Abuse of the referral program, such as self-referrals, spamming, or fraudulent activities, is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of credits and potential disqualification from future offers.
Changes
Denver Detailers reserves the right to modify these Terms of Sale at any time. Updates will be reflected on our website at denverdetailers.org.
